2012 Undergraduate and Post-Graduate MUIS Full Scholarship


Macquarie University International Scholarship is a Full Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies.
The MUIS is available across most courses* to cover a range of full international tuition fees for study on campus at North Ryde in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree.
The MUIS Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships do NOT provide financial support in the form of a living allowance, nor does it provide for the cost of visa application, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), airfares, accommodation, conferences or other costs associated with study. This scholarship is not available to students studying at Macquarie City Campus or the Sydney Institute of Business & Technology (SIBT).

Initial Applications are accepted through Oct 31 of the senior year in high school.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT

  • CURRENT high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in the United States (or select DoD schools);
  • U.S. Citizens; U.S. Nationals; U.S. Permanent Residents; Temporary Residents (in a legalization program); Refugees; Asylees; Cuban-Haitian Entrants; or Humanitarian Parolees;
  • anticipating completion of high school diploma at the time of application;
  • planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution;
  • carrying a minimum 3.00 GPA at the end of their junior year of high school.

Graduate Scholarship Wilfrid Laurier University for International Students


Scholarship Wilfrid Laurier University, Endowed scholarship established by the university in 1994 to encourage and support the continuing achievement of excellence by international students in a second or subsequent year of graduate study; up to one candidate may be nominated by each academic unit offering graduate programs; multiple scholarships may be granted annually; may not be granted each year.

2013 Post Doctoral Research Study for International Students at Adelaide Scholarships International (ASI)


The University of Adelaide offers a scholarships scheme for international students undertaking postgraduate research study. Its purpose is to attract high quality overseas postgraduate students to areas of research strength in the University of Adelaide to support its research effort. The selection for scholarships is extremely competitive.
A number of ASI scholarships may be available in the mid year round of scholarships for 2013 to outstanding international students from any country undertaking postgraduate research in any academic discipline.

Fulbright Scholarship Programme 2013 for Post-Doctoral from All Disciplines

The United States Education Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) invites application for the 2013 Fulbright Scholar Program. The program funds up to 12 months of lectureship-post-doctoral research or a combination.


Course Level: Post-doctoral


Eligibility: Scholars and professionals from all disciplines are welcome to apply with the exception of clinical medicine. Every applicant must either hold PhD or terminal degree in his/her field. Successful candidates will have an excellent command of written and spoken English. They will have a clear and well formulated proposal about what they would like to accomplish in the U.S and how it relates to their work in Pakistan. The proposal is the most important single portion of the applicant. People applying for the lectureship must have demonstrated ability to teach in a university setting.

2012 Evo Annual US$ 10,000 College Scholarship for Gamers

Evo Scholarship is a $10,000 grant awarded to a competitive gamer who is pursuing a degree directly related to game design, game development, or Computer Science.

Eligibility: 

  • Students are considered eligible for the Evo Scholarship by meeting all the criteria below
  • Will be enrolled in a U.S. located, accredited college or university in the fall of 2012 as a full-time, degree-seeking student
  • Have attended a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 on an unweighted 4.0 scale or have earned a GED
  • Have committed to or plan on committing to a degree in Computer Science, or a degree relevant to the design and/or development of video games
  • Have completed the online application for the scholarship

2012 FET Scholarship for Students Pursuing a Degree in Environmental Field


The Federation of Environmental Technologists, Inc. (FET) is pleased to offer Scholarships to students pursuing a degree in an Environmental field related to the management and prevention of air, water, and solid/hazardous waste pollution, and environmental health and safety.

Scholarship recipients will also be given free admittance to the FET 2012 Annual Conference & Exhibition on October 30th and 31st and membership in FET through June 30, 2013.
